Description
Anti-Rabbit IgG(Fcγ Fragment specific), AlpSdAbs® VHH(PE) is designed for detecting Fc region of rabbit IgG specifically. Anti-Rabbit IgG(Fcγ Fragment specific), AlpSdAbs® VHH(PE) is based on recombinant single domain antibodies to rabbit IgG (Fcγ Fragment specific) fused to PE. Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, Anti-Rabbit IgG(Fcγ Fragment specific), AlpSdAbs® VHH(PE) reacts with the Fc region of rabbit IgG selectively, no reactivity with mouse, human, cynomolgus, rat, goat IgG.

Background
VHH are single-domain antibodies derived from the variable regions of heavy chain of Camelidae immunoglobulin. The size of VHH is extremely small(<15KDa) compared to other forms of antibody fragment, which significantly increase the permeability of VHH.
