Description:

SUMO tag Nanoselector^® Magnetic beads IP Kit is designed for IP(immunoprecipitation) or Co-IP experiment. This kit consist of SUMO tag Nanoselector^® Magnetic beads and related supporting reagents.

The SUMO tag Nanoselector^® Magnetic beads consists of an anti-SUMO tag Nanobody (VHH), which is covalently bound to magnetic beads. SUMO tag Nanoselector^® Magnetic beads is used to immunoprecipitate SUMO tag-fusion proteins from cell extracts of various organisms like mammals, plants, bacteria, yeast, insects etc. The SUMO tag Nanoselector^® Magnetic beads has great advantages such as high load capacity and no light or heavy chain interference.

1. When using a Positive Control, please add 500ul of Positive Control/25 ul magnetic beads to each IP reaction.
