Description:
The HA Peptide is a synthetic peptide of 9 amino acid residue(YPYDVPDYA).

After competitive elution of the HA tag fusion expression protein from this product, the eluted sample does not contain the light and heavy chains of the traditional Anti-HA tag antibody, effectively solving the interference issue of light and heavy chains during Western detection after immunoprecipitation. In conventional immunoprecipitation, the HA tag fusion expression protein is usually released into the solution by boiling with the addition of loading buffer, but at this time, the light and heavy chains of the Anti-HA tag antibody also enter the solution and are likely to interfere with subsequent Western detection.
