Anti-Human IgG Fc, AlpSdAbs® VHH (GGFG-DXD ×4) is a monoclonal recombinant single-domain antibody (sdAb) directed against the human IgG Fc region and conjugated to GGFG-DXD. Specifically engineered for antibody internalization assays, this VHH has been validated via immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA to react exclusively with the Fc fragment of the human IgG heavy chain, exhibiting no cross-reactivity with Fab fragments. Consequently, it serves as a potent analytical tool for assessing antibody potency during the early stages of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) development

Bcakground

VHHs are single-domain antibodies (sdAbs) derived from the variable regions of camelid heavy-chain-only antibodies. Characterized by an exceptionally low molecular weight ($<15$ kDa) compared to conventional antibody fragments, VHHs exhibit superior tissue penetration, extreme stability, and high environmental tolerance compared to conventional antibody fragments. Consequently, these nanobodies represent indispensable tools across various domains, including basic research, diagnostics, and therapeutic development.

 

Application:

Antibody Internalization Test: 2ug per 10ug test antibody(molar ratio=2:1).

Dilution factors are presented in the form of a range because the optimal dilution is a function of many factors, such as antigen density, permeability, etc. The actual dilution used must be determined empirically.
