Anti-mGold, AlpHcAbs® Rabbit IgG antibody is designed for detecting mGold fusion proteins specifically. Anti-mGold, AlpHcAbs® Rabbit IgG antibody is a monoclonal, recombinant, rabbit IgG Fc fused single domain antibody. Based on western blot and ELISA, Anti-mGold, AlpHcAbs® Rabbit IgG antibody detects the mGold selectively, no reactivity with other proteins.

mGold is a yellow fluorescent protein (YFPs), and its variants mGold2s and mGold2t are the brightest and most photostable monomeric yellow fluorescent proteins, breaking the traditional trade-off between photostability and brightness and achieving simultaneous enhancement of both properties. Compared to widely used YFPs such as mVenus and mCitrine, their photostability has increased by 25 times, with minimal changes to other biophysical properties.
