Description:
Long-CpGs are an enhanced version of long-chain DNA nucleotide CpGs, containing diffusely distributed 1500bp-12000bp DNA fragments fused with multiple highly efficient CpG sequences (ODN M362, ODN 6016, Lefitolimod, ODN MT 01, ODN 1826, Agatolimod, ODN 1018, ODN 2216, ODN 1668, Vidutolimod, ODN 1585, CpG ODN 10101, ODN 1982, ODN D-SL01, ODN 2336, ODN D-SL03, Agatolimod sodium). Compared to common short-chain CpG ODNs, they have a longer metabolic cycle.
CpG ODN (CpG oligonucleotide) is an extracellularly synthesized oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) containing unmethylated cytosine-guanine dinucleotide (CpG). It can mimic bacterial and viral DNA to stimulate immune cells in various mammals and birds. It can directly activate B cells and monocytes (macrophages and dendritic cells), and indirectly activate various immune effector cells such as NK cells and T cells, enhancing their function and cytokine secretion, enhancing antigen processing and presentation, inducing Th1 immune responses, generating strong humoral and cellular immunity, and enhancing specific and non-specific immune responses. The animal's innate immune system recognizes pathogens through pattern recognition receptors. The unmethylated cytosine-phosphate-guanine dinucleotide sequence (CpG) in the genomes of viruses and bacteria can be recognized by Toll-like receptors (TLRs)9, the innate immune pattern recognition receptor, activating immune signaling and releasing active substances such as interferon and interleukins.
Efficacy:
1. Increases inducible interferon secretion, reduces IL-10 levels, and eliminates immunosuppression;
2. Activates immune cells, enhancing phagocytosis, digestion, and antigen delivery capabilities;
3. Enhances antigen-immune responses, rapidly increases antibody titers, and prolongs antibody persistence;
Usage:
Use in conjunction with common water-soluble adjuvants (Adjuvant Camelid, Adjuvant Mouse, Adjuvant Rabbit) to enhance immune responses.
