Description:

TiterPlus® Adjuvant Mouse Adjuvant is a novel water-soluble adjuvant specifically formulated for mouse immunization, particularly suitable for preparing mouse monoclonal/polyclonal antibodies. Compared to conventional Freund's adjuvant, it offers numerous advantages, including fewer immunization injections, lower antigen dosage, faster antibody production, higher antibody titers, higher antibody affinity, preservation of the antigen's native conformation, and ease of use.

Using it in conjunction with long-chain polydeoxyribonucleotides (Long-CpGs) (Code: 600-000-011) can more effectively enhance the antigen-immune response, rapidly increase antibody titer, and prolong antibody persistence.

Storage Conditions:

Store at 4ºC. (Do not freeze!)

Instructions for Use:

1. Dilute the antigen to twice the final concentration with physiological saline (prepare 50 μl per injection).

Notes: Recommended antigen dosages are: (1) 1-5 μg per injection for highly immunogenic inactivated whole viruses or bacteria and virus-like particle antigens; (2) 5-20 μg per injection for less immunogenic subunit protein antigens; (3) 20-50 μg per injection for small molecule antigens conjugated with carrier proteins.

2. Thoroughly mix the adjuvant. Under aseptic conditions, take the required amount (50 μl per injection) and quickly mix it with the antigen at a volume ratio of 1:1.

Note: Precipitation after mixing with the adjuvant is normal. Mixing with the antigen as quickly as possible is recommended.

3. Immunize mice via intramuscular injection in the hind leg, 100 μl per mouse.

Note: Precipitation after mixing with the antigen is normal. Thoroughly mix before drawing into the syringe and inject as soon as possible after drawing into the syringe.

Precautions and Disclaimers:

1. Transport at room temperature and store at 4°C. Do not freeze, as freezing will affect the efficacy of the adjuvant.

2. The adjuvant may contain precipitate, which is the active ingredient. Please ensure thorough mixing before use.

There are two recommended mixing methods: ① Shake well; ② Mix by pipetting.

3. Please mix and use immediately. Take the adjuvant and antigen to the animal facility and mix thoroughly. Immunize the animal within 10 minutes of mixing. Do not allow too long an interval, as the precipitate in the adjuvant will settle, resulting in uneven distribution of the active ingredient and affecting the immunization results.
