Description:
Anti-StayGold/mBaojin AlpHcAbs® Rabbit Antibody is a high-affinity recombinant rabbit antibody developed for the specific detection of StayGold and mBaojin fluorescent fusion proteins. This antibody is engineered as a monovalent recombinant single-domain antibody (VHH) fused to rabbit IgG Fc, combining the superior specificity of nanobodies with the compatibility of conventional rabbit primary antibodies.
Validated by Western blot (WB) and ELISA, the Anti-StayGold/mBaojin AlpHcAbs® Rabbit Antibody demonstrates high selectivity toward StayGold/mBaojin, with no detectable cross-reactivity with unrelated proteins. Its recombinant and monovalent design ensures consistent performance, reduced background, and reliable signal detection, making it highly suitable for fluorescent protein detection and imaging-based applications.
This antibody is widely applicable for WB, ICC/IF, ELISA, IP, and Flow Cytometry, and is an ideal primary antibody for detecting StayGold- or mBaojin-tagged proteins in protein expression analysis, localization studies, and fluorescence imaging workflows.

Background:
StayGold is an exceptionally bright and stable fluorescent protein that is highly resistant to photobleaching. The high brightness and photostability of the green fluorescent protein StayGold make it a particularly attractive probe for long-term live-cell imagingUsing antibody with Fc(mutation), the background from Fc receptors will be eliminated.

Dilution factors are presented in the form of a range because the optimal dilution is a function of many factors, such as antigen density, permeability, etc. The actual dilution used must be determined empirically.
