Description:
Anti-mGold, AlpHcAbs® Mouse IgG2a antibody(iFluor647) is designed for detecting mGold fusion proteins specifically. Anti-mGold, AlpHcAbs® Mouse IgG2a antibody(iFluor647) is based on monoclonal, recombinant, mouse IgG2a Fc fused single domain antibody to mGold coupled to iFluor647. Based on immunofluorescence and/or ELISA, Anti-mGold, AlpHcAbs® Mouse IgG2a antibody(iFluor647) detects the mGold selectively, no reactivity with other proteins.

Background:
mGold is a yellow fluorescent protein (YFPs), and its variants mGold2s and mGold2t are the brightest and most photostable monomeric yellow fluorescent proteins, breaking the traditional trade-off between photostability and brightness and achieving simultaneous enhancement of both properties. Compared to widely used YFPs such as mVenus and mCitrine, their photostability has increased by 25 times, with minimal changes to other biophysical properties.
Using antibody with Fc(mutation), the background from Fc receptors will be eliminated.

Dilution factors are presented in the form of a range because the optimal dilution is a function of many factors, such as antigen density, permeability, etc. The actual dilution used must be determined empirically.
