Test condition: AlpVHHs' HA magnetic beads (25μL), brand L HA magnetic beads (40μL), and brand S HA magnetic beads (25μL) were used, and P53 immunoprecipitation assays were performed simultaneously.
Result: Western blotting result showed that AlpVHHs’ HA magnetic beads had high enrichment efficiency and strong specificity, presenting only a single clear target protein band, with performance comparable to or even better than similar products.

Their findings were published in the journal *Molecular Plant* (IF=24.1/Q1) under the title "BIK1-mediated phosphorylation and SCFSKIP31-mediated ubiquitination coordinately control CNGC3 homeostasis and activity to fine-tune plant immunity".
