Test conditions: Flag-tagged proteins were precipitated from complex cell lysates using 25 μL magnetic beads.

Results:
1. Detection of bait protein P53: The critical point enrichment was significantly higher than that of brand L, being 2.8 times higher.
2. Detection of prey protein MDM2: P53 and MDM2 interacted, and the critical point interaction binding was significantly higher than that of brand L, being 9.8 times higher.
