CAR TEST Kit
The therapeutic effect of cell drugs such as CAR-T and CAR-NK highly depends on the quality of cells during the preparation process. Among them, "positive expression rate" is the most fundamental and critical indicator. If CAR is not expressed correctly on the surface of T cells or NK cells, it cannot recognize tumors, which is equivalent to 'mute fire'. Therefore, in the research and clinical stages of CAR-T preparation, it is necessary to confirm whether T cells have successfully expressed CAR molecules through testing, and it is also very important to quantify the expression intensity, purity, etc.
Flow cytometry is currently the gold standard for detecting the positivity rate of CAR transfection. There are currently detection methods for different structural regions of CAR, including detection reagents for CAR antigen binding sites or for light chains or hinge regions.
